OUT-OF-STATE OWNER SURRENDERS. If you live out of the state of GA and want to drive your dog to GA to surrender your dog to us, your dog is required by Georgia Law to have an updated rabies vaccine as well as a health certificate from a veterinarian. We need this paperwork in order to take your dog into our program.
